    Richard has worked with Synergex since 1996, helping customers throughout Europe, America and Korea to successfully implement solutions with Synergy/DE products. His projects have ranged from relational database connection, seamless back-end application integration, migration of applications to Windows and the Web, and design and implementation of various vertical market applications. Richard’s most recent projects have included the implementation of Synergy DBMS and UI Toolkit-based applications; full Repository configuration; advanced UI Toolkit development, and integration with third-party ActiveX controls to provide a true Windows solution. Recent medium and long term projects have involved exposing existing application logic using xfServerPlus technologies and developing advanced, feature rich client interfaces using the Microsoft .NET Framework.

    Steve has worked as a technical consultant and trainer for Synergex since 1997, developing e-commerce applications and helping companies maximize their vertical market software applications. Prior to coming to Synergex, during his 15-year tenure at CCAT, Steve became an expert in the installation, upgrade, and support of operating systems, layered products, networks and application software, as well as OpenVMS, Windows NT, and SCO UNIX. Steve also has experience with networking, building, and managing Internet connections and security firewall solutions. He is proficient in several programming languages, and has been involved in the development of Internet and Intranet e-business software applications.

    William joined Synergex in 1996 as the director of information technology. After two years in that role, William joined the Professional Services Group, where he provided consulting services to Synergex customers, and directed the group for two years. Bill has recently refocused his efforts to help clients advance their applications through direct consulting and participation in Synergex product management. William has over twenty-eight years of experience working with the Synergy/DE environment, both developing Synergy applications and consulting for Synergex customers. Prior to coming to Synergex, William worked as the programming manager responsible for the development of a Synergy/DE-based equipment rental application.

    Chief Technical Officer and Synergy/DE Architect

    For over seventeen years, Roger has assisted the company’s Synergy/DE software development team with planning, design, and implementation. From 2000 through 2002, he also served as professional services manager, directing the company’s consulting and education services. At the end of 2002, Roger was promoted to Synergy/DE architect, and he started driving Synergex’s Microsoft .NET initiative. In 2005, Roger became Synergex’s Chief Technical Officer and now participates in defining and managing corporate direction and technology. Prior to coming to Synergex, Roger was vice president of consulting end services at CCAT (now ICM), a large Synergex ISV based in the United Kingdom. Roger’s formal education is concentrated in data processing.

    Jeff joined Synergex in 2006 to work on the Synergy Language Integration for Visual Studio product. Prior to that product’s release, he designed and implemented the gennet tool and the .NET Assembly API. Jeff has extensive knowledge of the .NET Framework and Visual Studio toolset. Prior to coming to Synergex, Jeff worked in the video conferencing industry. He is an avid blogger and helps mentor the Junior Robotics Club for the Sacramento Discovery Museum Science and Space Center.

    Vice President and General Manager, Synergy/DE Business Unit

    Since 1983, William has been creating and directing sales strategies for the Synergy/DE product and service set. His training in the retail industry provided William with a thorough understanding of customer focus and sales that he has effectively applied to the technology marketplace, helping to ensure the success of Synergy/DE. Under William's leadership, Synergy/DE sales operations successfully expanded into the European and Pacific markets. William was promoted to SBU general manager in 2001, and he directs all SBU operations. As a member of Synergex’s executive management committee and Synergex’s Board of Directors, William also participates in defining and managing Synergex corporate direction and initiatives.
